Food

Perhaps the most important information!

Breakfast will be available each day for participants who are residing at the dorm in the dorm common space and kitchen. Dorm residents please help yourselves. There will be signs indicating where this food is located.

There will be a break for Lunch from 12 to 1:15 each day. Lunch will be provided for all participants.

Dinner will be at 5:30 on Wednesday through Sunday. Dinner will be provided to dorm residents all five days of the course, there will be group dinners for all participants on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. We will be going out for dinner in Boothbay Harbor on Friday evening.

There will be coffee, tea and snacks available throughout the day.



Wednesday April 3

Lunch: Tomato Dill Soup, Spinach Salad, bread
Dinner: Vegetable Thai Curry with rice, cucumber salad, dessert

Thursday April 4

Lunch: Carrot Ginger Soup , Peanut Noodle Salad, Garden Salad
Dinner: Mushroom, Spinach Pasta Bake, Garlic Bread, green salad, dessert

Friday April 5

Lunch: Selection of Sandwiches, chips, cookies
Dinner: Dinner out at the Boathouse Bistro in Boothbay Harbor

Saturday April 6

Lunch: Quinoa Chili, Garden Salad, Bread
Dinner: Taco array with Beef, Chicken, Black Beans, Salsa, Chips, Guacamole, Queso, Corn Salad, dessert

Sunday April 7

Lunch: Curried Egg Salad on greens, with breads, Crunchy Ramen Salad
Dinner: Pizza, salad, dessert
