Bioinformatics of Microbial Single Cells

A course hosted by the Single Cell Genomics Center at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences

Course Dates: April 4-8, 2022.

Where: Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences, East Boothbay, Maine, USA

What: Hands-on training in computational techniques for the integration of single amplified genome (SAG) data in studies of microbial ecology and evolution. See the schedule for further information on Course content and details for additional information about location and cost.

Intended Audience: Faculty, graduate students, post docs and professionals interested in learning about and working with SAG data. Limited to ~20 attendees.

Pre-Course Carpentries Workshop: An optional, remote software carpentry-styled workshop will be offered 12 - 4pm EST on March 8 - 11 for participants interested in improving or reviewing their basic coding and data science skills.
