Bioinformatics of Microbial Single Cells

A course hosted by the Single Cell Genomics Center at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences

What:
Hands-on training in computational techniques for the integration of single amplified genome (SAG) data in studies of microbial ecology and evolution. See the schedule for further information.

Intended Audience:
Faculty, graduate students, post docs and professionals interested in learning about and working with SAG data. Limited to ~20 attendees.

Pre-Course Carpentries Workshop:
Ahead of the course, an optional, remote software carpentry workshop will be offered to participants interested in improving their basic coding skills.
