Carpentries Workshop

We will be holding an optional, remote, software carpentry-styled workshop to prepare participants who want to review coding skills that will be useful for the bioinformatics course. This workshop will review several useful tools including the unix shell, conda and python, but will not address bioinformatics specifically. For more details, see the workshop website.
